How soon is real soon? Tomorrow? Next Week? Evangelicals, especially Premillennial Dispensationalists, haven't exactly been accurate with the whole "when" part of that statement.
As for the "take all those who belive [sic] to heaven" part, um, you do realize that people who believe get taken to heaven all the time. It's called dying. So you are essentially arguing that Christ is coming back to kill all the believers. It is an interesting theological statement to say the least.

Yes -Jesus is Lord of my life! His anointing is ever working in and through me and I long for my Heavenly home.
Many want Christians to sit down and shut up and let everyone live and let live. This is Satan's ploy. When in actuallity those how reject the love and forgiveness of Christ and Living to die.
It surprises me how many people on here will get on the religous part and expect Christians to shut up.
Arise, My love.
Arise, My love.
The grave no longer
has a hold on you
No more death's sting
No more suffering
Arise...Arise...my love.

And you know this because??? Sorry to burst your bubble but that's not how it works. This new religion Born Again is a crock of garbage. However I give whoever thought of it credit. It didn't even exist before 1980. Many sects have been around alot longer than you and your kind. I find the Born Agains are a cult. You follow blindly and believe what you are told. Jesus said" In my Fathers house there are many mansions" And that is interpreted as--- there are many ways to get to God. You don't even have to be Christian--- I bet that blows your mind!!! People like you make----Jesus weep--

Yes, I believe in Christ and know Him personally because He indwells me by His Holy Spirit. But take this advice my friend: If you're going to witness to others, even if only through the Web, or by any printed means, you need to learn how to spell words correctly and use them in correct order and context, because, what I just read of your own written testimony, will only shun the unbeliever or the lost further away from Christ because they read your message but realize at a glance that they're reading something from a person who isn't very well educated. Even misspelling can bring shame to the Name of Christ...so spell it RIGHT.

I went to a Christian school for nine years, and went to church 6 days a week. No one ever really explained to me what it means to have Jesus as my Lord and Savior. What does that mean? If I knew the answer to that I could answer the question.

You seem young and sure of god's calling in your life, and you got what it takes to be an evangelist, a passion for Christ, boldness and zeal, don't get discouraged at some postings, and there's a church goer asking you how..., I suggest you add a couple of verses and a prayer of salvation.
Check this web page, the evangelist at my church, http://www.NKinn.net learned a lot from him (going out on the streets one to one here and other countries) got some evangelism pics on my 360 page I make my own tracts and now Im writing two books.

What a joke! Religious nutters have been claiming Jesus is coming "Real Soon Now" for more than a thousand years. It was complete baloney then and is complete baloney now.
My baloney has a first name
it's J-E-S-U-S
My baloney has a second name
it's C-H-R-I-S-T
I love to spout it every day

No, but it is nice to know you have him as your lord and savior of your life. I hope that makes you a better person than if you hadn't him.

Good question...
The answer is Yes. :)
I used to be an atheist. Over a period of time however, I grew convinced of the existence of the Christian God, and ultimately committed my life to Christ (e.g., see http://www.godsci.org/gs/chri/testimony/seek.html ).
Cordially,
John
