Good grief, don't worry about it. You are well within normal. There are all kinds of body types, and yes there is such a thing as "big-boned". Compare your wrist size with your friends. Also, some girls/women are curvier than others. Best way to keep your weight normal is the usual blah, blah, blah..balanced diet and exercise. I highly recommend weight training, of course combined with cardio. Just stay active!

For a height of 5'4" a healthy median weight is
119 pounds for a small bone structure
130 pounds for a medium bone structure
142 pounds for a large bone structure
Since you are only 14, you have also to consider the fact that while going through puberty, your body shape and functioning is changing. This causes your weight to fluctuate at times.
Also consider that these are median weights. Being a few pounds (up to 5) pounds above or below these numbers is healthy.
Comparing yourself to your friends is unfair to both you and them. You have different frames and levels of body development. eg - bigger breasts weigh more
The right weight for you is when you feel happy with yourself looking in the mirror. If you're really concerned, discuss it with your doctor, but 120 and 5'4" is right about perfect according to this scale if you have a small bone structure.

Are you healthy? Can you get up a flight of stairs without stopping for a breather? Is your cholesterol and blood pressure in the healthy normal range?
You probably feel fat because of all the evil anorexic barbie doll images put out by the fickle fashion nazis. Some people naturally carry more weight than others. Are your shoulders and hips wider than your friends'? Is your bone structure larger? Then that might be a reason you carry more weight. Are you more athletic? Muscle weighs more than fat. If they're bigger than you and weigh less, then maybe you have more muscle. Are you stronger and faster than them? Do you participate in any athletic sports?
Check with your physician and get a physical. If you're healthy, then don't concern yourself for your weight.

The average woman is 5'4 and weighs 140 pounds. Sounds like you're less than average.
However, it doesn't do a person any good to continually compare oneself to your friends. It's a horrible way to go through life.

Girl you're perfect. You're the right size for your age and your height. Dont listen to anyone of the people that say you need to change to lose this amount of weight, or whatever. You're still 14. You're young, if you are going to lose weight, you're going to lose it naturally. Don't do anything to harm yourself, or that's going to be a hard factor in your life in the long run. Stay yourself, and tell yourself you're beautiful. You're healthy for your age, height, and size, So go shopping lol.

I would aim for between 110-120, it really depends on various factors other than your height. Also, have you seen your friends weighing themselves or are you just believing what they tell you?

Peoples builds are completely different.. weight means nothing... your height and weight are in a healthy range anyway. As long as you're happy with the way you look, then don't worry about what other people look like.

No, you aren't fat. That sounds pretty normal. You probably just have more muscle than them.
