Ok. I run track at my school and I havnt been keeping myself in shape this summer i kind of "let myself go" what is the quickest way to get into shape before the season starts??

be strict about what you are putting into you're mouth..thats what i do....kind of deprive yourself...your body will get used to it eventually...just deprive yourself of junk food

I'm thirteen and I go running on the beach every morning. Just make sure you don't overwork yourself because it isn't good for young people to wear-out their muscles. ;]
