If a girl is interested in you, she'll try to make a lot of eye contact, and if she's shy, might draw that eye contact away when she notices you looking.
She'll smile, even if she's trying to hide it.
She'll act nervous - look for playing with her fingers, hair, purse strap, belt loop, etc
But very importantly, look where her body is focused. If her chest is facing you, she's giving you her attention. If she's giving you side glances with her chest facing in a different direction, she's not interested.
