Okay, on a serious note... I would ease into it. Start out with all the usuals... hi, how are you, etc... then go for it :)

Try creating some sort of segue (transition) first. Something like, "Hey, have you ever been to ... (fill in the blank)? Oh, no? Well, how about next Saturday afternoon if you have some free time, I take you there & show you around?" Something easy & natural like that often makes both people feel more comfortable.

u can ask her anytime. just ask her!! no one is stoping u BUT u!! ask her out and get it over with. if she says no its her falt not urs. if she says no then good for u. u better ask her before some1 else does.
