Considering that if you said ,for instance, that you wish to be free, but only if you could be nice too, you have essentially put niceness first, and put limitations on freedom.

Being nice to others is far more important. Freedom from delusion would be nice but its impossible to attain as you never ever will be certain of anything. You're more likely to become even more delusional as you believe you know everything and thats when you stop listening to others and learning.

There is no reason why being nice to others would place restrictions on one's ability to be free from delusion. It's very possible to be nice/respect others while still disagreeing with their beliefs. So, I see no reason to have to pick between the two.

What delusions are you referring to?

So evidently someone in your life is delusional and you want to be free of them and their fantasies.......Just tell them noooooooo. Sometimes without knowing it, or perhaps knowing it one can lead another on, you know what I mean.........
