If you mean Microsoft Office, then the answer is no Operating Systems. Microsoft Office is not bundled with any versions of windows, it never has and most likely never will.
Linux comes bundled with the open source application known as OPEN OFFICE.
Open Office is free and will run on windows, and will allow you to view and edit Microsoft Office documents.

I'm not sure about OS's with office programs like excell and word and powerpoint.
I do know that they all come bundled together in Office 2003 Deluxe that can be purchased from Best Buy for close to USD$199.00
