Have you posed nude for someone to paint your picture? My boyfriend is offering to do this for me, but he can barely even draw cartoons.

well suppose he is trying to spice up life a little bit....
surprise him....
when he ask him to draw YOU in the nude while you draw HIM in the nude... thus sharing some paintbrushs and some paints and paint each other on a big canvas..... should make some nice masterpiece to hang on the wall, if you end up passionately rolling around on it.. doing the artist olympics...
put it back on him, but be prepared...... in that moment that its going to happen..

If he can barely draw cartoons, it might just be a fantasy to pretend to draw a masterpiece of you in the nude. Or he just wants you to pose in an erotic position, and just take in the beauty of you. But, if he is serious about actually painting you, and you are serious about him.... what would it hurt to embellish his dream? You might be surprised at the outcome!
You might also suggest painting your nude body (with Body Paint), if you don't feel comfortable having a "Painting" of you in limbo.

I've never let anyone paint me in the nude but I did have a professional photographer take semi-nude pictures of me for my husband. It was the worst mistake I have ever made. I hate the pictures and don't have any idea on what to do with them now. It seemed like a good idea at the time but now I have 6 semi-nude pictures of myself that I am scared to death someone besides my husband is somehow going to find in our house (like my son - yuk!).

Sounds like a bad idea, he might make a caricature that could be very offensive if he wasn't careful. Maybe he could use cray-pas or smudgy chalks that could be blended. Or maybe he just wants to see you posed naked, which you could just do without the drawing.

Okay, does he see you naked regularly? Your other 'lose your virginity in elementary school' postings encourage the reader to think you are quite young - if that's the case, then probably not.
Also, if you're any kind of uncomfortable about it, don't. By all means. Boys are ridiculous anyway :)

sounds to me like he just wants to get you to take your clothes off.
there is no way I would let anyone have any sort of picture of me i the nude
