maybe you need to turn off your pop up blocker,i think the new version treats chats as pop-ups.hope this helps

I think u must uninstall the old version to enter chat room or yahoo have techical help to guide you step by step

if your PC on the network ( small network) , may be you have no IPA < SO YOU CANT GET ...
