Love is quite simply defined as doing what is good to someone for their sake, without promise of anything in return.
Lust is disordered desire for (or inordinate enjoyment of) sexual pleasure.
They are opposites, as lust attempts to satisfy a selfish desire for one's own self, whereas love satisfies the desire of others to be loved.

Lust is when JUST sexual feelings are involved and when you can't live without him but you don't care when he acts mean towards you.It's when you move on because you're not getting what you want from the relationship.
Love is when you can't stop thinking about him and you're trying to give him anything and stuff. Love is also emotional attraction its not only sex.

love is a feeling you feel inside that you know is the right person for you. lust is just thinking you love that person when you dont...you can compare them by asking if you would live with him/her the rest of ur life does he/she make you happy? besides lust is just a feeling that you feel about the person but after you have sex you wont feel the same and with love you will if not better.

love = your heart skips beats from a smile, when you just want to run up to her and never let go, when the only thing you want is to see her smile, when you dont have a care in the world when she is around you.
lust = you just want to have sex with her, you are with her either just to have a gf or just to have sex, you get over her in a week or so

lust........just purely physical.......you want to be with someone in a sexual way, but that is all it amounts to
love.......when you actually have feelings for that person besides ina sexual way, you want to spend time with them, talk to them, get to know the real person.
lust........when the only time you spend with that person is only for sexual gratitude, you dont take them out in public, or to meet your family/friends.
love.....when you think about them constantly and they make you smile
