because when your going to have a baby thats the storage for the breast milk. Fat just goes in that area so the bigger u get the more breast you will have. Thats where all the milk ducts are.
Some girls dont have breast so be lucky that u do.

well i think that unless a woman has baby the only reason we have breasts for our own pleasure because they are so sensitve. and they are one way to distinguish us from men at a glance. breasts, when not full of milk, are for entertainment purposes.
