Of course Christians can eat pork. . . we can eat anything.
Act 10:10 and he became hungry, and desired to eat: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance;
Act 10:11 and he beholdeth the heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending, as it were a great sheet, let down by four corners upon the earth:
Act 10:12 wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts and creeping things of the earth and birds of the heaven.
Act 10:13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill and eat.
Act 10:14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is common and unclean.
Act 10:15 And a voice came unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, make not thou common.
Act 10:16 And this was done thrice: and straightway the vessel was received up into heaven.

Not just pork, but any food.
Mark 7:18-19
And He said to them, "Are you so lacking in understanding also? Do you not understand that whatever goes into the man from outside cannot defile him, [19] because it does not go into his heart, but into his stomach, and is eliminated?" (Thus He declared all foods clean.)
Acts 11:5-10
"I was in the city of Joppa praying; and in a trance I saw a vision, an object coming down like a great sheet lowered by four corners from the sky; and it came right down to me, [6] and when I had fixed my gaze on it and was observing it I saw the four-footed animals of the earth and the wild beasts and the crawling creatures and the birds of the air. [7] "I also heard a voice saying to me, 'Get up, Peter; kill and eat.' [8] "But I said, 'By no means, Lord, for nothing unholy or unclean has ever entered my mouth.' [9] "But a voice from heaven answered a second time, 'What God has cleansed, no longer consider unholy.' [10] "This happened three times, and everything was drawn back up into the sky."

There is nothing wrong with eating pork. If you look into Acts Chapter 10 and 11 Peter saw a vision of unclean animals and was commanded to slaughter and eat. The first century Christains were no longer under the mosaic law and they could now partake of such animals including pork.

Yes
Acts 10v9-16
9On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour:
10 And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance,
11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
16 This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
also Colossians 2v16
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Yes. Some religions don't, but I believe you can. I think it comes from the time when Jesus cast the demons out of someone, and they went into a bunch of pigs and ran them off the cliff. For that reason, I guess, pigs are considered unclean. Then again, I could be wrong. There may be another reason why they are considered unclean and not to be eaten. As far as Christians go, we can eat pork. It doesn't say in the Bible not to.

As a Christian I am under the dispensation of Grace, not the Law.
So yes I could eat pork.
But please note i said could.
I chose not to because God determined it to be an unacceptable food and since I chose to believe in HIS CREATION of Man then I think I will follow the manufacturers, if you will, instructions.
Just a note;
Medical Science has determined that one of the healthiest diets on earth is the Mediterranean Diet.
A close examination shows that this diet closely follows the dietary instructions in the Old Testament.

Not eating pork was a part of the law of Moses, which was the lesser law which was fulfilled in Christ. (Christ was the higher law, the law of Moses was a preparatory law.) Sacrificing sheep in similitude of Christ's sacrifice was also preparatory to His coming and part of the law of Moses. We no longer do that. It is no longer necessary not to eat pork, although we should eat meat sparingly.

Prohibition against the consumption of pork applies only to Jews. It was part of their dietary laws to protect themselves from the diseases carried by swine that can infect humans.

There were no restrictions on pork when I was a Christian. Maybe it's changed.
