It could be PVC's(pulmonary ventricular contractions). I get these every once in a while when my thyroid decides it wants to go to the high side. Or if I drink to much caffeine. Go to the doctor and get a check-up and tell him that your having heart flutters. Or better yet the next time it is happening go to the ER and they will put a heart monitor on you to see what your heart is doing(that's how I found out I was having PVC's and not a heart attack). Good Luck and I hope it's something simple to fix like a hyper thyroid or to much caffeine or nicotine.

you may be dehydrated but definitely take the advise above and have am ekg done
