are you sure that is healthy? well all i have to do is eat!!! hahaha no well i guess just do the opposite of what people do to lose wieght!!

TO GAIN 1o pounds in 10 days, order a Xtra Large pizza from pizza hut every night for dinner. For lunch, eat BK's Triple Whopper value meal (about 4 of them) with chocolate shakes instead of soda. And then for breakfast, eat the BK Extra Large Breakfast sandwich. About 4 of them.

Also, sit on your a s s for 10 days....don't move a muscle unless you are getting up out of your chair to answer the door for the Pizza Hutt Delivery guy.

Guzzle down Mountain Dew like no tomorrow too so you don't get any sleep. Lack of sleep = weight gain,

Don't forget to SuperSize!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Put a five pound weight on one ankle and a five pound weight on the other ankle. lol sorry couldn't resist.
You would have to eat higher calorie and high protein foods to do this safely otherwise you are risking the weight gain to be fatty tissue rather than healthy tissue and muscle.

I remember an interview that Vin Diesel gave awhile ago that he spoke about how he had to put on wieght. He said in that interview he would eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's just before he went to bed.

So maybe try that

if you really want to gain weight? eat lots of carbs and be very lazy-it happens to me all the time-this time around ive gained about 6-7 lbs in the last week!!!

Eat mashed potatoes and gravy with every meal, eat rich ice cream, and plenty of junk food. Try to go to sleep right after you eat.

eat a large meal containing high starch and fat content such as hamburgers and potatoes before going to bed. that way you don't burn any calories they turn to fat while you are sleeping and you will definitely put on weight. Its why I am 50lbs. over weight now.

Wow! I suggest multiplying your calorie intake by maybe 4 or 5. ...and try not to get any exercise if possible.

dont exercise eat loads of junk food ,snack on crisps and chocolate between burgers , in other words do what every body else really wants to do
