pump action i presume ? at the end of the pump there should be a screw type cap there. just unscrew it and remove it. just advoid the truckey cops. its a big fine and you will loose your guns over it.

Hello, i will try to answer your question... With a Mossberg you should be able to work the plug out through the opposite end of the magazine. MAKE SURE YOUR GUN IS UNLOADED then half-cock your action and unscrew the barrel locking screw at the front of your magazine... the plug should work out of the hole then pull it out. If it is a factory plug, it will be a wooden dowel with two rubber grommets. Make sure as Hell you have it with you (Inside Mag again) when you are hunting birds again though. you can buy a 5 round tube moast shot guns built for turky are just duck guns .federal law only alows a three round capacity and modern duck guns are built to comply with this . but depending on state law you may be able to have a capacity of up to 6 rnds for moast game and 8 for cyote

it shoul hold 3 shells,1 in the barrel and two in the chamber,if you remove the plug,dont get check by the game warden.

you can"t by law the gun must have the chocke in it. if u take it out ; mainly for safety and keep the barrel from melting.
