Do you feel like we have been good to the illegals via social services, free medical services and free education? Then why do I hear so much hatred and anger coming from that community?
Is this just a huge temper tantrum because we are demanding they get out of the "cookie jar" and go home?

I suppose it does hurt their feeling. Not to be acceptant or wanted by many.
Sometimes you got to say No even to someone you love. If problems can not be faced and addressed and worked on than it can not be helped.

Yes! They are ingrates! It's mostly Mexicans that we have the problem of Ill Imm with. While I am sympathetic and see much good in that culture, I also see tragic flaws.
Why do you think they are up here looking for whatever? It's freebee's they're after. Otherwise they would come here legally and become citizens. It's plain as the nose on our faces people. We are simply too liberal and soft and mushy for our own goods. We have attracted these leech like, needee's and it is at least as much our fault as it is theirs. But all that can be changed.
If we start sending them back, get ready for some major backlash from that segment as/before they go. If you don't believe this is a war or an invasion now, get ready for what will very likely happen ... a firestorm of payback from these people who we invited here to do work (looking the other way on the illegal thang) and now that the party is over, we will pay yet again. This aspect is TRULY what the politicians fear is on the horizon, I suspect.
The irony of all this is that we are searching for Bin Laden and his ilk outside the USA. The enemy is here ...and it is within us.

This infuriates me, the thought that illegal immigrants can come or stay in the United States. It's hard enough getting someone that can speak English now. Before it is over English will be the secondary language. Make them go back. If they want to live in the U.S. they should HAVE to learn the English language. They should have the rights that we have. To h*ll with free medical care and free education. If they want everything handed to them on a silver platter, then work your azzez off to get like we have done for centuries. STAY THE H*LL OUT!!!!!!!

America has tolerated illegal immigrants for a long time. We have taken advantage of them for cheap labor. That time has come to an end and certainly there will be whinning. Those who have worked for their citizenship and even fought along side American's in Iraq so they could gain their citizenship, should not have to be degraded by those who simply want the benefits and none of the work. Allowing illegal immigrants cheapens the work of those who do it legally...

They've crashed the wrong party, and there's no way of diplomatically bowing out.
Hey, if Canada had jobs paying 3X what I make here, I would learn the language- EH? and the customs and laws, go there and live and work. I would not force myself or my customs or resentment on them, and I wouldn't do drive-by shootings, or force them to print everything in my "native tongue"

pretty much....I'd like to see California lead the way in ending the Big Party, I think there's a lot of anti-americanism among the more vocal parts of the pro-hispanic groups there, I think it's gotten blatant, and it's time for voters to hit the polls and start sending people back to Mexico...we've supported this long enough...

WOW! I really don't think they are as angry at us as we are at them! Just look at your answers! It is their "advocates" who are stirring up the pot! your average illegal is too busy trying to work for a living. If you REALLY want to stop illegal immmegration, then you need to stop using them! STOP going to shops and restaurants that employ them, start mowing your own lawn, ans start chastising your neighbors and freinds who use them!. If they can't find work, most will go back home!

Yep, they're coming to realize that the average American does not want them here. It must be pretty unnerving to see that coming from a country they've invaded. Especially when they think we should open our arms and wallets to them.

I would be more inclined to call it a sense of entitlement. They truly believe we have no right to secure our borders or enforce our laws, some of them feel like they are owed certain portions of our country.
