the majority of excuses I have heard, trying to justify breaking the immigration laws, never include eminent death, which in my opinion is the only reason that leniency should be granted for these crimes!..........I dont sympathize with breaking laws for personal gain........that would justify bank robbery!

Not one hospital reports starvation or severe malnutrition.
Not one report of people running from guns for their life.
So I guess it wasn't live or death.
Just I don't want to be poor--who does -I think our poor say the same thing. It doesn't excuse our poor for penalty if a crime is commit.
