Why don't you ask the man that got it cut off by Laurena Bobbitt, and all the women that have had to lose their boobs from cancer and see what you come up with.
I think the rest of us already know the answer is yes to both questions. However I get the feeling you are talking about the people that go for surgery and have those things removed so they can become the other sex.....and well you would have to ask those people as well, cause they are the ones that know.

It depends on what your genes are that make you man or woman. If you have xx chromsosomes you are a female, if you have xy chromosomes than you are male.

Of course! You are what your hormones decree you to be. Is a person not human because he or she lost an arm or leg? Your inner self doesn't change, except maybe for your self - image. If you are a reasonable & confident person, you'll know it is who you are inside that counts.

Yes, in both cases. Sex and sex-linked characteristics are determined by DNA and genes. The penis and breasts are merely outer signs.

yes, sometimes things happen and they need to be removed. your hormones are still male and female, and you still have male and female parts on the inseide
