Hi! I'm an Audiologist. Your question still doesn't really have enough details for me to really help you.
I'm assuming you've had hearing tests done -- what were the results and recommendations?
What have the Ear, Nose and Throat (Otolaryngologist) doctors told you?
Do you have any other symptoms, like pressure or pain, dizziness or imbalance, ringing or buzzing noises?
Do you have a history of other hearing loss risk factors, like family history of hearing loss, noise exposure (even back in your 20s), smoking/alcohol or drug abuse, high blood pressure, diabetes, ear problems or surgeries (even in childhood), other serious illnesses or surgeries?
How many doctors, and what kinds of specialists have you been to? Have you consulted with just local doctors, or have you gone to a large medical school hospital for a more thorough evaluation and diagnosis?

I used to get ear infections often, and I hate going to Dr too.
What I do is
1/ take a blow dryer, set it on low. Hold about 12-18" from your ear, let the warm dry air blow into your ear. This does a couple things, dries things up (so no moist area to promote infections), and also puts a little pressure to drain the liquid back into your sinuses. I usually do this for a few seconds when i blow dry my hair in the morning after a shower.
2/ Use a 50/50 solution of rubbing alcohol and vinegar in your ears after swimming or getting water in your ears. Alcohol kills germs and promotes drying, vinegar makes the PH wrong for bacteria to grow in.
I do both these, and knock on wood, have not had an ear infection in 2+years.
good luck, I hope this can help you, too :-)

Depending on the problem and if it is all allergy related, you can find someone to candle your ears. Doctors disagree with it but it works great for allergies. I do my own but I don't recommend you doing it alone. Find some one in your area that does massage or natural healing and have it done. It draws yeast and ear wax out of your body. You can use them on pimples and all kinds of things. Cut back on white sugar, use raw if you need to use it. Do research on allergies and diet. You might be surprised that allot could be what you are eating. It is an old time Chinese method of healing. If you have tubes or pistons in your ears it might not be a good idea to try it.

When I was younger, my mom used to heat up mineral oil, not too hot, just warm, to help aid drainage, swelling and inflammation, and then packed the ear with cotton to keep as much of the oil in there as possible, then when it had been in there for maybe 15 minutes, take out the cotton. Sometimes I slept with it, though. Native Americans used heated mullein oil.

My mother and grandmother used to heat a little milk , just till it was a little warm not hot, and put it in our ears and put a cotton ball in it for about five minutes or so....That helped when I was younger, never tried it since I have been on my own, I guess that is cause I don't have time to slow down and lay down for it to help.
Don't know what your symptoms are that would help for someone to help you out a little better.
hope it gets better for you.
