Easy, an elliptical machine. Your running while not putting any pressure on your joints...very good for you. Not only that but it works most of your body. Something that most machines dont offer. 200.00 - 1000.00

Agree, elliptical is best. Mine has arm motion with it too, so you get a great workout. It is from Walmart, very sturdy and well made, and was around $200
