If you report it and they get in trouble it will probably get worse (if the school even does anything about it) and as far as the ignoring part I had a situation where I tried ignoring this guy my freshman year and it just got worse. The final straw was a external emotional eruption. Not the best choice because it still didn't solve anything. In the end it took me standing up to the person in a non violent way and asking what was the deal? Never bothered me after that. You might have some of your friends pick up for you too. Every situation has a different answer. It really depends on why they are bothering you. Sorry I can't be more help!

If someone is calling you a name you can either 1. Cry about it, 2. Go to a teacher, principal, higher authority. 3. Come back at them with a joke.

Ignore it, name-calling belongs in kindergarten, not high school. Don't sink to their level by responding!

I do nothing. My mom always said kill them with kindness so I smile and go on my way. It is just showing their ignorance when they do this
