You have to burn more calories that you are taking in. Make sure you're drinking water or diet, not a 200 calorie soda. Watch your portions. Don't eat a pint of ice cream which is many servings. Eat food like pretzels that take time to eat and not candy bars--also, when your blood sugar drops later, you'll want to eat again. Go find something to do that you love that is active like dancing, swimming, walking, biking.

8-8 ounce glases a water everyday, cut out the candy, cakes, chips, no more than 30 grams of carbs a day, eat a small breakfast, a small lunch, a small dinner, cut back on the proportions you eat, and your work out may not be long or hard enough, you need at least 30 minutes of cardio five days a week, and add 2 days of weights to one of those cardio excercises. stop eating 2 hours before bed. you must pay attention to diet and excercise-both to lose weight. have you heard of curves?? they have a great kick start...I lost five pounds in one month and kept it off.

Simple. Definately keep up the exercise. Drink a ton of water and eat a ton of fiber.
Most important go by inches not weight.

don't drink soda everytime or eat fat food. I don't usually eat burgers it contains alot of fats. But i like healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and if you have a plate for dinner, it should be a carbohydrate eg, rice, bread or potatoes, protein(not too much)eg, meat and some vegetables like homemade salads

if you eat pizza or something as soon as you are done get a bottle of water and go run the carbs off

you should keep on excercising. cut the carbs it helps alot, less bread less cake less pasta less sugars. how long have you been exercising message me back
