Can be if rubbed the wrong way. Some people are like because they have the guards up and they don't want anyone to get to close. If they let a person get too close, that person can hurt them. So they come off COLD and RUDE. It's called defense mechanisms.

No, but honestly most women are one of the two or both..I have met some pretty cold, rude, and downright disrespectful women.

NO..not ALL women are cold and rude. There are nice ones out there and when you least expect it, you will find that one.
