You should really try to eat out at ice cream parlors as much as possible...just so that you can locate one that sells the ice cream with pop rocks mixed in! And, some ice cream parlors even carry black licorice flavored ice cream!
At least I've found someone else who likes black licorice almost as much as I do...I always try to keep my supply stocked though. I'm guessing you're desperate as you're asking strangers on Y! answers to supply you with candy though. Just keep this in mind: I'm not a stranger...I'm Nikolai! (But I haven't so many packs of pop rocks and red licorice...just the black licorice.)
