How do I find cheap first class air tickets in Y-Up, Q-Up, or Z-Up fare basis classes?

I saw a news report that airlines don't tell you that a Q-Up, Y-Up, or Z-up fare class is a first class fare at a coach price. Anyone know how to find these on the airline web sites?

I heard the same report. I think you need to call the airline and purchase them that way, not sure.
PS. I think its Y-UPP, Q-UPP and Z-UPP.

You know... it's called First Class for a reason.
