My job is in a car so getting up and moving around won't be a solution...Day starts at 8 with a business meeting and ends around 9 with another meeting. Most gyms are closed by 9 in my area and running is not an option for safety reasons.

For your butt: lie on your back with your arms by your sides, knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
then lift your hips as high up off the floor as you can, keeping your back straight. tense your but muscles as you do this. Hold for 5 seconds then lower back down. do 2 sets of 10, and rest inbetween. then cross your right leg oer your left knee and repeat. 2 sets of ten, then switch legs.
For your tummy: lie on your front with your forearms infront of your head. join your hands up so you make a triangle shape with your arms. Then you lift your body up keeping your back straight, and dont stick your butt out, so you're resting on your toes and your arms. Hold your tummy muscles in at all times (as if theres a piece of string in your back pulling your belly button up to the ceiling.) hold for as long as you can (about 20-30seconds) then rest and repeat 3 times a night.

Also for better results, buy a jump rope and skip for as long as you can twice a day. Aerobic work will help you tone more.
If I havent explained in enough detail, feel free to email me.

I would suggest getting an elliptical machine. It is the one machine that is easy and works most of your body. You can get one at Walmart for around 200.00. Make sure it offers resistance and counter (time, calories, miles). Its great on your joints too, vs. running. Yoga is another good one. You stretch out all your muscles from a long day of just sitting. I had the same prob. I sat at a desk for 8 hours a day...and have children. So, there wasnt much time. Best time is right when you wake up (get up 30 min. earlier) or before bed. Whichever is easier for you to stick with. I got a beginner yoga tape for abs by YogaZone. Wowsers! That stuff works!!!!!!! My whole body got fit. Butt got tight, abs got firm, and arms were really tone. Well, all that worked for me. I lost 100 lbs.

Squats and lunges are the best for thigh and butts. As for abs, try sucking in your tummy every time you remember, helps lots, too. Try walking a lot, even if it means you have to park your car 3 blocks down.
Remember, exercise is needed not only for looks, but for health, too. Search the web for circuit exercises, which take around 10-15 mins. to make, and get up 10-15 min. earlier.

Purchase an exercise bike, they will firm up your butt, especially if you pedal standing up, and the weight loss will show off your abs. Just do a little extra ab work. It only takes 20-30 minutes.
The new ones are small and compact, make sure you get one with magnetic resistance.
You can get one at Wall Mart for under $100.

If you are just trying to get a flatter stomach and not a six pack then running and other forms of cardio are your best bet. Everybody has abs its just a matter of how much fat is covering them and doing cardio helps burn this fat. Doing ab exercises can also help burn this layer of fat quicker; however, it will also build ab muscle. Ab exercises that "tone" abs will be more beneficial towards getting a flatter stomach without gaining muscle.

get on all fours. palms to the ground, hands facing forward, legs making 90 degree angles. lift your legs one at a time as high as you can, keeping them at a right angle. do 3 reps of 10 per leg.

(this is a butt exercise)
