Blue balls is a slang term for a temporary fluid congestion in the testicles and prostate region caused by prolonged sexual arousal in the human male. It is most commonly associated with adolescents but can occur in any sexually mature male. It is often accompanied by a cramp-like ache of prostatic congestion and pain/tenderness of the testes.

Yes there is. It's a physical reaction. Where the often quoted term came from, who knows. Ask your dad, boyfriend, friend and see if they answer you. Better yet, do a test. Good luck!

The testacles do not change color, but when a man has a prolonged erections and all the blood pools (and orgasm sends it all back from whence it came) it causes cramping and the pain, as though they were changing color.

Yup.

Sometimes a guy can "get started" and not finish, even though he really wants to. There is a lot of --er-- blood back up. It does happen.

The cure?

Finishing what you got started.

(It happened to a friend of mine, and as the girl in the group I liked his story).
