im in love with the greatest guy ever. i couldn't ask for more. but we can't be "together" b/c i moved. i don't want to break things off b/c i can't see myself without him. but it is sooo hard to live so far away. and not be able to see him. and sometimes i feel like giving up. but i don't want to give up. i love him too much. i know he is going through the same pain as me. but we can't figure out wat to do. i get to see him like every few months. but i wish i could be w/ him everyday. any advice as to what we should do? should we stick it out till we can be together again?

My boyfriend and I have had a long distance relationship going for 10months and we're 2000 miles apart. Talk to your boyfriend about it. Having a long distance relationship requires a lot of work and a whole lot of trust. You also have to be prepared to spend some money on going to see each other (cost obviously depending on how far apart you are). ....and get ready for some quality phone time!

First of all, you don't say what age you both are. That is going to have a lot to do with the correct answer to your problem. But everything else aside, if you live that far apart and you cannot travel to see each other very often, you are better off breaking off the exclusive relationship. Then, when it IS possible to spend time together, see if you still feel the same way. I know that it is a horrible thought, but it may very well be impossible for you to maintain this relationship. One, or both, of you is eventually going to move on and the other will be hurt. Good luck.

it may work and then again it may not if it is real love it can last no matter how many miles between you but if its not than your true love has not been found yet but it will one day. if your older than 18 than work on it if your under that than believe me like not that bad and you will met the right one later on in like if young love is strong you will met again when the time is right. love is a weird thing sometimes you never know how it will end up and no matter how many relationships you get in there always diffrent and you take alittle with you when you leave.

I don't know how old you are?...If you are young and in school then I would look forward to seeing him when I can and try to work through this..if you are a older gal and this is pretty serious well have you thought about moving in together or re-locating to be closer?..this is such as personal decision...
