cookies are not always bad
they are useful and necessary too in some conditions
for example hen u wanna lo gin on a website like yahoo
but anyway u can manage them on Internet option and privacy tab
but be careful not disable them completely
u can delete them in general tab of internet options too.

Open Internet Explorer
Click on Tools in the menu
Select Internet Options
Click the Delete Cookies button near the middle of the page

START-CONTROL- INTERNET OPS- DELETE- COOKIES, FILES AND HIRTORY Very easy ans my advice it to put a short cut on your windows and do it every night before you shut down.. LOL Rob

go to internet options and delete cookies
