Age old question.
Males are hard wired, meaning they connect one thing with another.
Females are soft wired, we need the whole picture to make sense.
It is the main reason for modesty in dress and in communication.
It is not that that modesty and non flirtatious talk will eliminate a males thoughts of Lust, but it will help him control them easier.
A womans husband described his brain activity to her, so she could understand his thought processess.
He asked her about the movie they had seen, starring Tom Cruise the weekend before, and he said, you know how the vision of Tom Cruise with his shirt off, just keeps popping into your head all day?
His wife, a bit perplexed, answered NO,
Now the husband was perplexed, because he thought that this process was repeated in both men and women, and it isnt.
What his explanation did do , however, is help me understand that a man has way more to deal with in the Lust department than I do.

Because boys that DO get horney when they see a girl are more likely to have babies, and those babies are horney like their fathers. It's called evolution. It explains everything!

Men tend to be more visually stimulated, at least initially. This is just
as well because in civilized society, someone has to make the first
move.
If men didn't act on this stimulation, the species would not survive.
