as stated above your brother should be aware that having sexual relations with a 15 year old is a crime and a strict liability at that meaning just be engaging in the act he is guilty no mens rea needed. If her parents make a complaint the DA can prosecute and if he is found guilty the rest of his life he will have to register as a sex offender where ever he goes, have his face on a web site as a sex offender for all to see, disgrace the family and the name for ever

The age difference is not the problem here. The fact that she is a MINOR is the problem here. Your brother is skating on very thin ice!!!!!!!!!!!! From the sounds of it he had better be more than careful with her. With her attitude, I would be scared of her if I was him. That girl could get mad at him one time and call rape on him and have him put in jail and there is not a thing in the world that he could do about it, but like it. there is nothing wrong with this i was 15 and dated a 19 year old and now here we are 5 years later married with kids i would say as long as hes not hurting her or forcing her to do anything she dont want to then just keep it to yourself. if he says hes in love, then let him be just because you dont like the girl dont mean he dont if you break them up he will prolly hate you for a while if not the rest of your life and who knows maby she is completly different than you look at her like try giving her a chance

Your brother needs to break up with her,she is to young for him,he could go to jail because of her. It's not worth it. I'm sure he does not want a record and be called a sexual offender,or child molestor.

If you love your brother and value your relationship with him, stay out of it. It appears that you have tried to tell him about how you feel and it isn't working. Have you talked to your parents because as much as you love him what he is doing could be illegal (if her parents don't know about it.)

my 21 yr old bro is datin a 13 yr old and sumtimes i look at it and its crazy i think wow she is young. but i like seeing my brother happy and i see that he is with her with good intentions also she seems very mature for her age. i kno alot of things dont justify it and it still seems very wrong but wen you think about it in the old old old days ppl did this all the time and also at the end of the day i realize that my brother is in love with her and she is in love with him and well love is blind. it doesnt notice things like that. you could sit and talk to him and see y he is datin her and see if both of their intentions are good and also see if they are actually in love. for the most part i dont think you will be abel to talk him out of it cos wen sumone makes up there mind thats what they are gonna do. and the more you tell him to not do somethin the more they will. it doesnt seem so bad especially wen you compare their ages to older ones like sey wen this girl is twenty your bro will be what....24. see it doesnt seem so bad. jus see what makes your brother happy and look out for them. thats what sisters are there for
