yes, it is possible, I was in the same situation in May, and I have obtained the coveted six-pack,and the good news is that you dont have to do thousands of situps every day! ok first you eat all that good stuff (veggies, fruits, breads, lean meat) and drink LOTS OF WATER every day, NO JUNK FOOD OR SUGAR or any of that stuff u know isnt good for you. second you run for at leats 20 min a day, it doesnt matter about the speed as long as you keep going, you can stop to walk a little, but gradually build yourself up to the point where you can go 30 min withought stopping. About situps, you dont need to get fancy, just regular situps with an assist holding your feet down works perfectly, and you dont need to do thousands, just do 2-4 sets with short 15-20 sec breaks in between do sets of 15-25. whatevers comfortable, do these at least 5-6 times a week and you should have those results in at least a month at most 3 months depending on your current weight. It took me 1 and a half months cause i kept eating a lot still, but thats normal. Just try to eat less but more often.

depends on how much fat you have around the stomach to begin with. you can not just get a 'six pack' without first losing weight all over. In order for a six pack to show, you must have a low body fat.

1. run ALOT
2. do lots of situps/crunches.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

Dude, you can do a thousand sit ups a day, and you'll have a six pack...it'll just be underneath all that fat. Make sure you do a good load of cardio to burn it off and then do your thousand sit ups.

eliminate any saturated fat and hydrogenized oils in your diet then, drink lots of water and dedicate 30 minutes a day to cardio. in addition, do ab exercises at least three times per week. try flat bench leg lifts, crunches, hanging leg lifts, twisted decline sit-ups, planks, etc. one month maybe a little premature but don't quit. it may take three or four months to get the look you want
