Whats a smooth way to approach my fine a*s neighbor, with out sounding stalk-ish or desperate? We've spoken 2 ea. other b4, I feel an attraction between us.....well Im attracted 2 him!!!!! I think he feels the same!

approach him as a friend, but flirt with him too. get to know him and it will fall into place on its own. whatever you do don't try too hard. when you get to know him better, then let him know you are interested. see where it goes from there.

Ask him out. Tell me, what is the difference between a HOT guy living somewhere and a HOT guy living next to you? I mean, he is still HOT whatsoever. And as a woman, it's natural that you are attracted to a attractive man. It's not your fault and it's certainly not something you should be ashamed of. If you don't want to seem desperate, do something casual. Treat him with lunch or a cup of coffee. If you think about it, living near each other makes thing easier for you. If you want to have a fun date, instead of making him dinner at your house, you can invite him over and ask him to help you prepare dinner. Don't think of it as a disadvantage, turn it into a positive point.

Just keep talking to him. You could try the old "could I borrow a cup of sugar" routine. Nowadays thats a signal to a guy that a chick wants him, since nobody borrows sugar from a neighbor anymore.
