Keep cough drops on hand but I would recommend a consistent cough should be looked out by your family physician.

one thing you need to do is get some cough drops and suck on them.. then get some cough syrup and take it like it says.. and hopefully in a few days your cough will lessen...if not then maybe you should see a doctor..

Have you seen a doctor? Could it be allergic bronchitis?
Could it possbily be asthma?
It may be other things, but you should probably keep drinking water, hydrating as often as possible.

are you sure you don't have bronchitis? If so cough syrup will not help.
