The first language I learned was Arabic (but I can understand the Arabic in other countries such as Egypt because they are different, they use different words), then English because I live in America, and I learned Spanish in school.

Two...English and Vietnamese...most fluent in English....kinda have to pause when speaking in a conversation of the Vietnamese language.

Well I know English English, American English, Broken English, and Ebonics lol. So I guess you can consider it 4 languages. I do know some Latin too.
