yes because you are a guest at somebody else's house. If it was your own house, you can do whatever you want, but you should control yourself when you're visiting friends and family.

Yes. That's rude bc it's inconvenient for them. They have to smell you, put up with your behavior. If they lay around drunk all day too, then it's fine....
