The skin is the largest organ of the human body, next is the intestines, then the lungs, liver, heart and kidneys.

Ah, the skin. That wonderful covering. This is the textbook answer.
However, if, by "organ" you mean separate component, then the answer is the "liver." The Liver is bigger than either of the intestines (taken as two or three separate organs). It is that big brown chemical factory that squats in your chest, keeping your metabolism going, enduring all the slings and arrows of extravangant living, determining your mood and your health more than any other single bit..
Yeah, I know the grade-school answer is "skin." But for discrete organs, the liver takes the cake.
