I put in a Pella Door with integrated blinds 5 years ago and I love it! I've never had a problem, but I normally only open and close, never really lift them. It's much better than external blinds though. Especially in an active household. They also make your room look bigger.

Yes, they are a god-send...especially if you have animals that jump to windows, sit on windowsills; no more animal fur/hair on drapes and no more broken or bent blinds! Blinds are easy to operate with a glide switch and can easily change them, if necessary. Blinds are protected by the glass, so cleaning is minimal. Pricey, but worth it. I believe Pella is the only retailer with such a product...so, no chance to 'shop-around'. Good Luck!

Yes they are very nice. This design keeps dust off of the blinds and they work very well.

what is the factory warranty? If you have them and have a problem, you would want to know that the company would take care of it...like a lifetime warranty?
