I just upgraded from a small charcoal to a large gas grill. I pretty much stuck with burgers until now. I'd like to try different kinds of meat, veggies, etc. Have you found a helpful (English) cookbook for a relative beginner?

I recommend the Weber's Big Book of Grilling. There are over 400 pages of great grilling recipes and tips. I picked one up at a bbq store, but I'm sure you could find one on Amazon.com.

a warning isn't a tenet! do not decrease than any circumstances use a gas grill indoors... fix the meal on your primary range. even nonetheless, if your outdoors is fenced in and private? then choose for the gusto! If not, you are able to prepare a meal on the grill day after today on your birthday adventure...merely pay attention for any grease spatters...that doesn't improve the romance, in any respect!
