Yes. Any body can, But if you do not have the "gift", you may not be a good singer. But if you follow your dream regardless of what others think, who knows what will happen?
I will give you an example
There is a lady who is known as the worst opera singer in the world.
The name of this prodigy was
Florence Foster Jenkins (1863-1944)
She recorded an album for RCA
Once, a critic described her voice as 'someone suffering from a low, nervous backache'. Her pitch was horrendous.
She paid for her own voice lessons. Even her family was unwilling to advance her the funds. She didn't give up and continued her dream of being an opera singer. She is a favorite among cult collectors of bad music.
the good thing about her is that she believed in herself and persevered.
About a year ago there even was a play in Broadway based on her life and "career"

I Definitely know that people can learn the techniques and I also know that "bad" is relative. I also truly believe that people are not tone deaf. If you get a good teacher rooted in classical technique you'll find that your range opens up and you have such a full beautiful sound when you learn to use breath correctly.
But progress comes with hard work and determination.
Good Luck!

Not everyone. But people can learn more than what they think. Get into it, Love it, and try. If you can't do it, you'll know for sure. Maybe you were made to write the music and not sing it. Leaning to listen to music is a great gift. Your hard work will never be a loss. You will gain something beautiful.

Almost anyone. Some people truly have no sense of pitch, and those people are hopeless. But most of us just need to be trained. Few people will ever be great, but the majority of people have a chance at being good.

As long as you are not tone-deaf, have a good teacher with good techniques, and the passion to practice, you will be able to sing. You may not be absolutely amazing, but you have the potential to be really good.

They can try, though there are some who will never win an award for it. Singing is a mixture of talent and effort, though anyone can become good at it in their own rights.

that is like something else that takes skills you ought to have some. some people can make it huge with in simple terms skills & others favor some instructions & some will be educated for ever & not in any respect make it. imagine of something that calls for skills. activities, etc i'm very intuitive & I have not in any respect been incorrect & that's problematic for me to comprehend why others do not understand the flaws I do. some people can strengthen their intuitive expertise yet they would not in any respect been as tuned in as i'm.
