If he has quills still in him you need to take him to a vet and make sure they get them out-- trying to get them out yourself could break them and leave part of it still stuck in his skin.. if he has open sores, clean them with peroxide and keep an eye on them.. if they start to look infected get him to a vet.

Well, first things first, how much contact, was your dog injured in any way (bites, scratches), has your dog had rabies shots. If you see any bites, clean them and get your dog to the vet. If no bites, he should be ok. Just clean the scratched areas with soap and water, and I always use an antibacterial ointment just in case.
But if you are feeling unsure, by all means take him to a vet.

Examine him for tiny quills, if he has any take him to the vet for removal. They are barbed and should be removed professionally,. Otherwise if he has a current rabies shot, don't worry.

did it bite your dog? do you think it had rabies or some other kind of desiese? nothing is probably wrong (if there was you would of have already noticed something worng) just to make sure take it to get checked, hope your dog is ok.

No it will prob kill it and then you just go to see if it has rabies

if his shots are up to date then he should be fine. if there are quills then take him to the vet
