There is always a choice. You could put a gun to my head and tell me to pick one, but I would still choose not to worship myths. If you found a way to make me choose, I would then not be atheist, and the question would not apply. If I had to choose, it would be a variation of god (FSM). But in the end I worship no one or thing.

Well, it seems that by definition atheists (people who believe in no God) would worship Satan if they had no choice, because they would not be willing to believe in God, who they believe doesn't exist. Accepting the concept of Satan isn't necessarily contingent on the acceptance of the concept of God. But still consider that often Satan is defined as the absence of God, so in that case atheists are in a serious conundrum.
Then again, I believe in God, and I am theist. I shouldn't even be answering this question. I felt an obligation to enlighten you though.

I would worship Satan, more freedom. Following God you have to obey all kinds of rules and regulations. If we are no longer a human, why not just do things we are not allowed to in the past.

That scenario is just as unlikely as "IF there actually WAS a god..." so there's no point discussing it really. Fact is we do have a choice...so there's no point worshipping god, satan, santa clause etc

Do you poke a bear with a stick just to see if you get bit. I am not an Atheists but I do not think such question should be asked for the sole purpose it will only draw bad responses and create more hate then this world already has.

How could you worship what you don't believe to exist?
If it became evident that both beings existed and was faced with a choice becuase of the newly found revelation of their existence then an athiest would no longer be an athiest.

Any god, that you are forced to worship, is satanic...
Your 'free will', only applies to one question, "Do you want God, or not?".
