There's a few things that We need to know about the dog.
How old is the dog? Dogs that are in their first 4 months of life are more susceptible to Parvo than any other time.
Does the feces really have a foul smell. Worse than normal.
When the dog is lethargic ( which is what happens when the dog sleeps a lot and has no energy) How often is She that way? If she is beginning to stay that way, then I would go out and get some Gatorade, mix some sugar into it, and give her that to drink. Even if you have to use like a baby syringe. The Gatorade will help with energy as well as the sugar. If the dog is lethargic, it probably needs the Electrolytes that the Gatorade will provide.
REMEMBER: you can bring Parvo in on your shoes, that's how contagious to a dog it is. If the dog is with in the first four months, with out shots, then its more susceptible to it.
Where has your little doggy been? Where have you taken her?, has she been around where other dogs have been?

There are a number of things that can cause blood in stools in your pet. Even though it can be scary, it's usually not serious. It's not like in humans where the risk could be cancer. Sometimes, dogs swallow small bones, which can scrape the intestines. This can cause a bit of bright red bleeding in the stools. It should pass in a couple of days. Also, parasites, such as whipworms, can cause bleeding in the stools.

If the blood is dark, dry, or tarry and mixed in the stool, it can be a problem in the small intestine.

Sometimes, your pet can get infections in the anal sacs. These are two sacs on each side of the anus. That, too, can cause some bleeding each time your dog has a bowel movement.

The thing that concerns me is his lack of appetite. It would be a very good idea to bring your dog into a vet and check for other conditions that could be causing his loss of appetite.

I don't think your dog has parvo, but it is always wise to check for anything that's disrupting his system. I don't know how old your little dog is, but in the rare chance it is cancer, your vet can do something to control it. Have you noticed any lumps on his skin anywhere on his body? Your vet will probably test his stools for parasites and ask you a lot of questions about your dog.

Again, it's best to take your dog into a vet and have him examined for problems. He will be able to assure you, as well. I wish you the best with your little dog, and I hope this helps.

Yeah, it's either Parvo or Corona or one of the other serious viruses. If you wait any longer, you won't have to do anything - the pup will be dead. Bloody diarrhea is very serious!!! And don't get another pup for at least six months - the new pup can catch it from your contaminated house and yard. Clean everything you can with a 10% bleach solution. Throw out everything the pup has been in contact with - bowls, dog beds, food, etc.

Get her to the vet right away. Bloody stools are not a good sign at all.

Take her to the vet tomorrow. There is obviously something going on that needs more attention than a stranger over the net can give you. Good luck and I hope it's just a simple virus. : )
