Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

The stretch marks I can't help with (apart from suggest Vitamin E45 cream) the weight - is easier...

- reduce the amount of fat in your food
- cut out the fried food,
- make sure that you eat a filling breakfast,
- start walking (this does not have to be "power-walking")
- eat a filling midday meal
- eat a light evening meal
- gradually reduce the portions that you eat, eating filling meals makes this easy.
- do NOT "snack"

You do really need five portions of fruit or vegetable a day, but a portion is not a large amount.

I am partially disabled, the walking is hard for me, but I have lost over 60 pounds, it has taken time, but if you lose it slowly, you will not put it on quickly. (or so "they" say!)

Does your asthma allow you to go for walks? Just a few times around the block whenever you can will help. When I wanted to lose weight I got a good bathroom scale and weighed myself every morning. On one day each week I'd put my weight on a graph, and aim for only a pound a week of loss, or even half a pound. Just cutting back on the portions you eat just a bit could do it. And add in a few small changes -- take the skin off chicken breasts, etc. Good luck. That worked for me, and every few years I go back to it whenever I've put back five pounds or so.

If you drink a lot of water it helps to clean out your body and at the same time make you feel full so you don't eat as much. And you could do easy exercises like sit up do about 50 in the morning and 50 before you go to bed. Good luck!!

I lost 30lbs in about a month and a half, after I quit drinking soda, beer, and such. I started drinking only bottled water - cut out all liquid calories and 30lbs just disapeared. Went from around 225 lbs to 195 lbs.

SOORRYY but if you are lazy get off your bum and dance to a exercise video ( at your leisure)whilst wearing this outfit .....you will soon sweat it off.

excercise!

I have lost about 5 pds in the last week excercising 1 hour a day on the cross trainer. Even if you run it on the lowest setting it works.

in fact the less calories per hour you burn on the machine the more fat you burn. For example if you burn 500 calories an hour only about 80 calories will be in fat... if you burn 200 calories an hour about 180 calories of that will be in fat!

TAE-BO

and

Vitamin E!!!

Put your fork DOWN between bites of food. Take time to chew and r-e-a-l-l-y taste your food.

I eat so slowly that I should be the first one to sit, because I am ALWAYS the last one to get up. I drink water only, and after the whole meal----no ice water, just water in the bottle, or whatever. NO tea( with sugar),,--just water. Most places don't even care when I take my own water bottle in, because they know that I drink only "Water, with NO ice, please.""

This REALLY helps my digestion, because my food seems to go down sooooomuch easier and faster.

Oh, well, just letting you know you don't HAVE to diet. Drink water with meals, slack off on sugar, and put your fork down between bites.

ALSO!!!! Swallow your last bite of food ---completely!!--before you take another bite.
