you mean dialects right?
There are many many dialects in China. Every province has their own dialect, sometimes just a couple words diffrent then Mandarin (National Dialect of China), sometimes very differnt (such as Cantonese). Even provincial dialects (such as the dialect of Shandong) can change from City to City - Words in Qingdao are a lot different in Penglai, but both places speak Shandong hua)
Every minority people also has their own dialect.(there are hundred plus reconized minorities in China.)

What you're really asking is about DIALECTS not DIALOGUES. Dialects have to do with the way a language is spoken in a given area. Dialogues have to do with what is said, as in a book when you see sentences between quotation marks. That's dialogue. There are two major dialects in China, Mandarin and Cantonese. The main difference is that Mandarin has four tones in it and Cantonese has nine. The tones make the same word have a different meaning altogether. There may be may other lesser dialects, but these are the two main ones and those which are studied by people who want to go to China and be able to communicate when they get there.

Good question, but you need to learn a bit more about English.
