Depends on what the problem in. Try drinking some Hansen's Ginger Ale. Not Schweps, not Canada Dry. The bubbles and the ginger can help settle stomachs.

if its cramps ibuprofen.If your on a empty stomach eat, if you choose not to eat drink a lot of water it takes away the hunger pain for a minute or so,usually not eating can cause a 2/3 hour depression so sleep on it.If it other reasons pep to bis mo,flush the toilet twice.If the pain continue go to the doctor it may be food poison or etc...The stomach, head , and temperature changes when your body is trying to tell you that there is some thing seriously wrong with you.You might not know what it is and it might not hurt bad but it is a sign of something wrong.

ginger ale works good. Ginger calms the stomach. Bitters (used in mixed drinks) works great too.

first find the cause. many people have food allergy or intolerance and don't deal with it. soda and fast food can rip up the healthiest of bodies.not enough fiber so everything sits inside and rots.
stress can aggravate all . most ulcers caused by bacteria stress aggravates but doesn't cause.
