I'm doing fitness,and i can't put on some weigh.I'm slim and i don't like how my body looks like.Especially my bicepses and my muscie at all.I'm using mass protein,but still the same 70 kilos.

It's probably just your body type. You might get bigger as you get older, or you might not. Meanwhile, make sure you're getting enough protien, and try lifting the heaviest wieghts that you can with proper form, no more than eight reps per set. Don't worry if you don't end up looking like a no-neck side of beef, not all women like that. I don't.

I have the same problem, I'm too skinny and there's nothing I can do about it, I've tried eating 6 times a day and NO difference. I found this stuff called Ensure Plus (for healthy weight gain) and still nothing. What I can recommend to you is weight training, put on some weight in muslce, which is what I'm going to start doing (I have to gain 15 pounds for the army)

Stoyan, this sounds like the same problem I faced when I was fifteen years old. I ate a lot and lifted a lot, but I couldn't put on weight to save my life. I kept up this routine, and put on thirty pounds the second year, but this was more a matter of it's being that time in my life than anything in particular I did.

Check at a nutrition store lots of time they have a product called weight gain. My son used it when he was playing football. Also you can do a search ingine on weight gain. also try body building web site.

its what you eat that will increase yr body mass. also the types of exercises that you do. there is and article on body building and the dietary needs for gaining body mass
