not sure what or who you mean by the vulnerable people but each encounter with people is different so it can and will and should be handled differently

Not clear what you mean is it the elderly, disabled, mentally sick, learning difficulties, children at risk, the list goes on, what category do you mean, each has ts own difficulties.
