I don't know what else this could mean but yes you could get pregnant with your tubes tied. Also it could be a pregnany where the baby is growing inside the tube. If this is the case then your shoulders would probaby hurt alot and you could die from this. The pregnany would have to be terminated if this is the case.Lower abdominal or pelvic pain
Mild cramping on one side of the pelvis
Amenorrhea (cessation of regular menstrual cycle)
Abnormal vaginal bleeding (usually scant amounts, spotting)
Breast tenderness
Nausea
Low back pain
If rupture and hemorrhaging occurs before successfully treating the pregnancy, symptoms may worsen and include:
Severe, sharp, and sudden pain in the lower abdominal area
Feeling faint or actually fainting
Referred pain to the shoulder area
Ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg implants in tissue outside of the uterus, and the placenta and fetus begin to develop there. The most common site is within a fallopian tube. However, ectopic pregnancies can rarely occur in the ovary, the abdomen, and in the lower portion of the uterus (the cervix).

There is less than a 1% chance of getting pregnant after having your tubes tied, but women that DO become pregnant have a 16-50% chance of having a tubal pregnancy. If you think you are pregnant go to your doctor, because tubal pregnancies normally take longer to show up on home tests.

I don't know how old you are, so I don't know if it's menopause or not???
But, yes, you can still get pregnant with tubal ligation (tubes tied). My cousin is a product of that. If you suspect you may be then I would be checked out because it can be an ectopic pregnancy (developing in the tube) which can be deadly for both you & baby (if that's the case). I would recommend seeing an OB right away! Good luck!!!

It depends on when you had your tubes tied. The ones that were tied more recently are pretty secure. The ones tied 20 or so years ago have had a small percentage of growing back together.
If you're old enough it could mean the start of menopause, it could be a very mild period or if you've lost a lot of weight recently it could be your body's reaction to the loss of body fat.

Well I'm not a doctor but it is possible, and considering I had my tubes tied also I really hope not :0) you should make an appointment though.

It's not possible to become pregnant while having your tubes tied unless your having sex during the procedure.

yes it is still possible but highly likely that if you do fall pregnant whislt sterilisted that it would be ectopic. If you suspect pregnancy do a test and consult a doctor straight away. It could of course just be a funny period this month.

My son's uncle was born after his mother had her tubes done so yes i guess its possible, but have you looked at the possibility of menopause. You can get a blood test done to see if you are pre-menopausal.

Hope this helps
