I did it for 3 weeks, ate a bowl for breakfast, lunch I had a salad or grilled fish/chicken (a light healthy lunch), then dinner another bowl. I know lunch would have been easier to have the bowl but I prefer to have lunch, you can swap this option around. Between meals I would have fruit or yogurt or 5 whole wheat crackers. (limit the yogurt to 1 and the crackers to once a day). I lost 4 kg and have been on holiday since and eating what I like and haven't put it on

It's a sales gimmick. They're in it for the money, why else would they want you to eat their cereal for meals? Do you think they're concerned about your health? Not! They're a business, and they are wanting to cash in on the diet thing, it's all about their marketing.
It isn't realistic. Who wants to eat kelloggs for meals for the rest of their lives? Just eat in moderation, and stay away from these things, and just eat them once a week: cheeses, fried foods, fast foods, sugary treats, sodas. Cut back on your portions and stay moderate.

I bought the cereal but I'm not crazy about it unless I cover it in sugar. Don't guess I will do to well on this one.

Not me.....I would think you would be too hungry without eating enough protein. Plus I am not a big fan of cereal.
